Being a TCK, a wanderer by nature, and just overall a greedy, greedy glutton only out-greeded and out-gluttoned by No Face in Spirited Away, I claim as many cities and cuisines as I can reasonably and unreasonably claim. Check out what’s in season in all of my sentimental hometowns.

Current proceeds go to Palestinian refugees

Reading and writing about justice and ideals and community is relatively pretty easy, and it makes sense that we have such an overwhelming glut of people’s thoughts and opinions and takes. What’s harder is actually putting our money where our mouth is, effecting an actual, material difference. In a lot of ways that’s really the part that matters.

Help me help as many people as I can! Click the link below to donate if you can, and pick up a copy of the Space Cadet’s Almanac from a local business today.

It’s been said before by so many people—what we “would have done” during the Holocaust is exactly what we’re doing right now. I cannot live with myself watching the horrors of this world unfold in real time before my eyes, not having done something, anything at all.

The revenue model of the almanac is as follows: I put a roof over my head with ad revenue, while all proceeds from wholesale physical copies of the book itself go where it’s desperately needed. Right now, one of those places is Palestine.
